Everyone at The Restoration Group is amazing. Knowledgeable, hard working and most of all caring!! We recently suffered a fire in our home and Ryan, from TRG, came out to help. When I had explained our situation to him, he was absolutely amazing! He made some calls for us and before I knew it we had a crew out here helping to put our home back to rights! The follow up and accessibility of being able to reach out with any problems or concerns is phenomenal! This is definitely a company who knows what they are doing and that isn't just about the bottom line! If I could give them 10 stars I would for sure!!!

Josh and his team at The Restoration Guys are awesome. The estimate was very quick and the schedule was as well. They did a great job of cleaning the mold off the joists in the crawlspace. Would highly recommend!

Called the Restoration Group for their water removal services. John was very knowledgeable and professional. He promptly evaluated the situation and formulated a resolution plan. His estimation to complete the job was on point. Its like I never had an water issue. I will be a returning customer.

I had a water leak which buckled my kitchen floor and messed up basement ceiling .I called TRG Restoration ,Ed called me and scheduled to see me the next day and implemented a plan to have his people Alex and Michelle dispatched from the Wilmington office the next business day. Alex and Michelle were great they communicated about everything they were doing very professional and efficient! Glad I chose them !
